Everything you need to know about how, when, and where BURECHO ships your order.
Order Processing
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.
You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is received, and a second email — including a tracking link — as soon as it ships.

Delivery estimates are working days from dispatch, not from when the order was placed.
International Shipping
BURECHO ships to selected countries worldwide. Delivery times typically range from 5–14 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price you pay at checkout. We recommend checking your country's customs policy before ordering.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, your tracking number is included in the dispatch email and is also available from your order history. Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.
Delivery Issues
Missed Delivery
If you weren't in when the courier called, they will usually leave a card with instructions for rearranging delivery or collecting from a local depot. Most carriers attempt delivery two or three times before returning the parcel to us.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order is significantly later than the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier. Most "lost" parcels are located within 48 hours.
Damaged on Arrival
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and contents before unpacking further and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot an error, contact us as soon as possible — we may be able to update it before dispatch. Orders that ship to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer are not eligible for a free replacement.
