Whether you're sourcing gifts for a corporate event, planning a wedding, or commissioning a one-off design, we'll work with you from idea to delivery.
What We Can Do

How It Works
- Tell us what you're looking for. Use the form below to describe your project — the more detail, the better.
- We'll send a quote. Usually within 1–2 business days, including pricing, lead times, and any clarifying questions.
- Approve and pay a deposit. A 50% deposit secures your slot in our production schedule.
- We make it. You'll get progress updates along the way, plus photos of the finished work before it ships.
- Final payment and delivery. The balance is due before dispatch. We handle shipping and tracking.
Lead Times
Most custom orders are ready to ship within 2–4 weeks of approval. Larger or more complex projects may take longer — we'll always give you a realistic estimate up front. If you have a hard deadline (event date, wedding, launch), tell us when you enquire and we'll let you know if it's achievable.
Pricing
Custom work is quoted individually based on materials, complexity, and quantity. There's a typical minimum order value of [amount] for bespoke commissions, and volume discounts kick in above [quantity] units. We're transparent about cost breakdowns — no surprise fees.
What We Need From You
- A clear description of what you want, including dimensions, materials, colours, and finish.
- Reference images or moodboards, if you have them.
- Your logo or artwork files (vector format preferred — .svg, .ai, .pdf) for branded work.
- Quantity and target deadline.
- Delivery address (we'll confirm shipping costs in the quote).
Revisions and Approvals
For design work, your quote includes up to two rounds of revisions. Additional rounds are billed at our standard design rate. We won't start production until you've signed off on the final proof.
Returns on Custom Orders
Because custom pieces are made specifically for you, they're not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive faulty or differ materially from the approved proof. We'll always replace or rework anything that's our fault.
